It is STRONGLY recommended that you do not wait until the last
minute to take your renewal course. Don't risk costly

WHAT IS AN MCE RENEWAL? (as defined by TREC)
Every licensed agent or broker in the state of Texas is
required to take 15 hours of MCE every 2 years after
they have met the Salesman Annual Education (SAE)
requirement. If you are not sure what classes you
have taken or how long you have been licensed, you
can search your records at the Texas Real Estate
